8.0Everything you needed and cosy would definitely use this company again
− It was a smaller van but it had everything we needed I was worried as the reviews we mixed but we had no issues the boiler didn’t work and I messaged the host and they arrived 5 mins later to fix it so very happy with our stay

− We had no hot running water so myself, my husband and three children were unable to have a shower for the full weekend. When your expected to pay a deposit you expect everything to be working. I also feel the caravan needs some updating.

− Beware!! the caravan you are given may not be the same as the pictures on booking.com the caravan was of a lower standard the fridge and freezer was dirty there were white dog hairs on the carpet my dog is black, black mould in the grout in the shower really not the best I did change my dates which they accommodated but the caravan on the pictures was next door and was empty on arrival untill the next day they totally ignored my complaints really disappointing
