7.0Lovely location with excellent nearby trails. Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Crib was provided as requested.
− Overall, the property had gaps in guest accommodations and responsiveness. Amenities & Maintenance: The gym facilities were inaccessible during our stay. Some kitchen condiments (oils, spices, basics) were expired—a hygiene concern when guests are expected to cook. Crib & Safety Setup: While the host provided a crib as requested, the padded mattress was stored deep in a closet, unmarked and difficult to locate. When we flagged this to the host, he declined to help retrieve it and claimed liability concerns prevented providing a mattress—a position that contradicts industry standard practice. Most hotels and properties (including Airbnb guidelines) include a crib mattress as standard bedding. This created unnecessary friction and left us uncertain about safe sleep setup for our infant. Recommendation: For future families, clearly label crib accessories and store them visibly. Confirm setup completeness before guests arrive. The liability argument for a padded mattress doesn't hold—it's a safety essential, not a liability risk. Good bones, but execution on guest care needs work.

5.0The two showers were both too cold to use. The shower curtain(room 4006) was dirty and moldy. The living space(room 4008) was covered with animal hair.

10.0Suncadia is always a nice place to visit. Our host communicated well with us. We were there for a “sisters weekend”. We went snowshoeing, then arrived at Suncadia and checked in. Check in was easy, and Matt had communicated well the process. We played games, enjoyed the view and fireplace while playing games. Had a great dinner at the source. Overall it was awesome!
