Great property but could be so much better with just a few inexpensive touches

Great location, walkable to the park and ride into Cambridge centre. Good central heating and lots of hot water. Large bedrooms with very comfortable beds.

− Very late check in (4pm). Given that we had to leave by 10am then 2 or 3pm would have been more reasonable. Only offered for an extra charge. No blinds on 2nd bedroom door to terrace so room not dark at night. Terrace and garden furniture too dirty and broken to use. Garden could be tidied with very little effort. No welcome pack or even basic supplies in kitchen.

Would visit again.

Beautifully clean and comfortable. Stunning property indeed. Bed linens fresh. Responsive admin team.

− The limited amount of time we are able to access the house. 4pm to 10am is very short amount of time in a self catered house. 2pm to midday or 11am would seem fairer for the cost and to enable us to really make the most of the property. Messages sent seemed automated and arrived in a strange order. E.g. thanks for staying before we checked in and one about how to sort rubbish etc arrived after we had already arrived and gone to our friends party. We did not check our messages again as thought all communication was done.
