− - The toilet flushing mechanism got stuck all the time - The staircase to the apartment was always smelling like cigarette smoke - The shower spread water all over the bathroom - The power plugs were an old type not the normal 3 pin but two (bought a new laptop charger to use my laptop) - The heating system was making so much noise - One of the bed lamps was literally decorative as there was no power plug next to it - Needs renovation

− Room not prepared and discusting. Customer service unfriendly and ridiculous. Price not for free but service is zero. Smoke smell in the house and room. Discusting old house and horrible parking situation.
