Great value. Has everything you need at a reasonable price.
8.0Clean house. Nice screened-in porch with large table for congregating. Spacious at 4 bedrooms. Single floor ranch with nice lighting.
− While it did not bother me, for pickier travelers note the house is a bit "tired". The flooring in some areas and the vanities show signs of a bit of water damage whether from excessive cleaning or Florida dampness, not sure. The kitchen faucet is loose and the curtains do not easily open and close. Beyond that it is a cute house in a quiet area close to grocery stores.
