8.0Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht uns eine warme Wohnung zu übergeben. Die Lage war sehr gut für die Erkundung der südlichen Toskana.
− Das Kochgeschirr war etwas zu wenig vorhanden..

6.0La posizione molto bella, comoda e vicino al mare e al piccolo centro storico
− La cucina non attrezzata come dovrebbe, tutto obsoleto, non c’erano abbastanza bicchieri e tazze né cucchiaini e posate. Quello che c’era e’ stato rilavato perché non proppriamente pulito. Nessun contenitore. Strofinacci in dotazione macchiati. In bagno il pulsante dello sciacquone funzionava molto male abbiamo anche dovuto usare il secchio in un paio di occasioni. All’arrivo, il primo agosto, non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua in frigo. Nessun detersivo in dotazione nemmeno uno sgrassatore generico, solo detersivo piatti. Siamo arrivati e il letto matrimoniale non era nemmeno stato fatto ho dovuto chiamare perche venissero con le lenzuola corrette della misura giusta. Mancava anche la sponda al letto a castello che avevo richiesto in precedenza alla prenotazione. La casa e’ spaziosa e ben posizionata ma sinceramente non mi è mai capitato in tutti questi anni di trovare un servizio cosi pessimo e soprattutto al prezzo a cui viene proposta.

8.0The place is comfortable, clean and has everything you may need. It is very close to the old town and to the sea. The host was helpful and fixed quickly anything we needed!
