A bit of TLC and soundproofing the windows would have been nice.
4.0The beds were comfortable.
− The flooring is coming apart, there were suspicious stains on the flooring, the noise levels were unbelievable, people outside selling drugs and constant police sirens. There was also a dead rat outside the bedroom window.

− Terrible experience. Absolutely do not recommend. • The room was completely unclean: trash everywhere, dirty floors, unmade bed, used/dirty bedding • It was disgusting to even stay inside • The owner first suggested that we clean it ourselves (!) for some compensation • Then promised to send a cleaner — we had to wait outside for 4 hours • No compensation was provided despite promises • The owner turned out to be dishonest and misled us Very disappointed. Avoid this place.
Grateful we were only staying for one night.
2.0− Upon arrival the apartment smelled like cigarette smoke and all of the windows had been left open in an attempt to cover this up. As a result of all the windows being open and it being January, the apartment was absolutely freezing. We then subsequently discovered that the heating was not working and tried everything we could to try to warm the place up. We contacted the property for assistance and received what was frankly an unhelpful, and borderline smart ass, response about how to use the thermostat. In the end, we had to Google and use YouTube videos to figure out that the entire heating and hot water system was disconnected and if needed to be reset, which we very luckily managed to fix ourselves. How the property was cleaned and prepared for our arrival without anyone noticing that there was no heating or hot water working is honestly quite shocking. In general, the property is overall in poor condition, a window that doesn’t close properly, broken floorboards in the hallway, and dirty stains on the floor to name a few.
Convenient location.
6.0Location was good for the 02 Academy. Reasonably priced. Good sound proofing. Nice kitchen.
− Floor tiles were not properly fitted so moved as walking.. Stained bedding and towels.
