1.0This accommodation is a scam. Booking.com and several customers including myselve fallen victim of fraud. No communication with the host-fraudster. No answrres to pbone calls, messages and e-mails prior to date of check-in and during 3 hours of waiting at the address stated in booking ref. How on earth booking.com can have on its site, practically unavailable flat for rent??

Appalling service
1.0Nothing - absolutely appalling service from the owners and booking.com . We arrived late on a Sunday night no one answered or was in or responded to our multiple calls . Had to find somewhere else to stay . Booking.com was contacted and I’ve been contacting them ever since for a refund . They say they will give one not if the property confirms we didn’t stay there - obviously they aren’t going to do that as they aren’t answering anybody’s calls or emails . Shocking service from both the owners and booking.com . Surely a huge company has a back up for these situations . It cost us a fortune to find last minute accommodation. 😡😡
