− Unfortunately, my experience with night shift reception executive was very disappointing. He did not respond to our requests in a timely manner, and when he did interact with us, his behavior was rude and arrogant. In the hospitality industry, where courtesy and professionalism are essential, such conduct is simply unacceptable. Room cleaniness to be improved, found few spider web in the bedroom and washroom. Beakfast was not good.

5.0Nice big room and location
− Needs clean up. Paint drop marks which make the property which is well designed, looks bad. Breakfast was not good. Pre cooked and packed served in the room was not good.
Average stay . Nothing much flaw per se but not much for delight also . However meets the objective of functional stay .

− Cleanliness at some places . No driver stay option despite a big property. . Circumstantial Though but food could not be brought in time due to gas not there , things are average .
