Gorgeous house but management of property needs to be better especially as an expensive stay.
6.0This house is lovely and in a fabulous location.
− Instructions to find house were non existent. House was very difficult to find in the dark as no street lights. Fire in living room did not work and neither did fire pit in garden on our first night. Internet details were not correct so we could not connect. We were not provided with code to access washing machine. Shower in bathroom broken and not fixed during our stay. House had a total of 4 clothes hangers in the second bedroom. There is no wardrobe in main bedroom for hanging clothes and no hangers provided. We were offered a refund of $158.00 for shower not working during our stay. Given all other issues we experienced we thought this was too low. Getting agreement on a refund required much chasing and to date still no money received. We left the property on 19 Dec and still no refund received by 21 January 2024. Homestead Modern need to buck up their approach.
