5.0− Unit 3 advertised as an apartment with balcony and sea views it was not the balcony belonged to Unit 2 its more like a motel room.The tap in the bathroom sink not attached properly a broken blind slat and crack in the window, the fan didnt work and if you look at previous reviews all this has been reported before.The Kettle is to big to fit under the bathroom sink tap so have to fill with a coffee mug a 1/2 size kettle would be all it needs.Aircon was a positive but you can hear the alll the footsteps from the Unit above.I reported the problems and apparently they are going to get looked at.
Wouldn't bother if you are looking for a sea view or any view really

Nice room, great location but the noise needs to be addressed for that room. Price was reasonable

− The noise from people walking up and down stairs and in the above unit. The main door creaking when opened and closed. The noise when someone walks on floor boards. I hardly slept due to this. There was no smoke alarm. I found it’s not a unit, it’s just a room which was misleading from the ad.
The bed was comfortable, the room functional and clean,
5.0− Noise from the other occupants, coming and leaving and being able to hear the upstairs residents moving around Occupants leaving the hallway lights on of a night Smoking from occupants in the building Building site next to the unit No dryer for clothes, no sunshine available to the clothesline to dry the washed clothes Parking was inadequate
