− First of all, the unit was not ready at arrival. Had to wait 45 minutes for the unit to be "cleaned". First impression when finally entering the door was terrible. It was stinky, a slimy feel to everything you touch, extremely worn furniture, a terrible bed and no usable cooking equipment. I ended up buying my own frying pan, but had to clean the cooker, as the fan underneath it was totally clogged with fat. The bathroom - just nasty. Worn and leaking everywhere. You also gotta love the smell of cooking oil and dried fish from the neighbours units, leaking in through the wents. Sleep? Ha ha. In general noisy. During the day, slamming of doors, screaming in the hallways, taken over by constant karaoke when the evening comes, taken over by dogs and roosters around midnight. They keeps it going until sunset. I've stayed in over 30 different units around south east Asia, both cheaper and more expensive than this, but the gold medal for bad values goes to this one. Get another unit, cause everything beats this.
Never got to check in no direction were available and called the owner or property consultant many times no answer…
1.0Well I never got to go to the room I call the property owner over 5 times and no answer… Sent an email also no answer… not even sure if I got a refund… no way to self check inn because no directions were sent to me waited for 5 hours and had to book another room in another building close by…
− Same as Above stated… The pictures look great but no one to help me check inn with directions or key box… just waited almost seemed like it was double booked or given away to a friend or family member and not sure about refund as of yet…?

10.0The room is clean and it allows me to cook simple meals to save money from eating out. I booked a long holiday and I just wanted time to recharge by myself. I liked how the TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime to unwind with movie marathon. I will be back on this property the next time I will be able to have a long holiday.
− Noisy AC sometimes but it is minimal inconvenience.

A good condo with helpful hosts
9.0We had stayed in the condo a couple of weeks ago, and we decided to stay again before we flew home from Cebu. We did this because we were so pleased with our first stay. This is a recommendation in itself. The owners are helpful and quick to reply to messages sent through the Booking.com app. The condo is super-clean, modern, and well equipped

9.0This is a very clean, compact, and modern condo. There is a nice balcony with a view of the sea. The fully equipped kitchen is very nice even though we did not do any cooking. The fridge is great, and the washing machine is very useful..
