− Mattress was not good. The flat was not very clean.

− Open Mind Properties ruined our Christmas. On arrival, the property was dirty and some bedding was missing. On day 2 we found mice scuttling in the kitchen. The host's 'solution' was to ask us (the guests) to sort out their pest infestation by placing a glue trap they left for us under the door. It all felt quite condescending, as if they could not really be bothered. After a couple of days of us complaining about the situation, on Boxing Day they proposed to move us in another flat. Unfortunately, said flat had one fewer bed than we needed, so that day was wasted and we stayed where we were. After some more back-and-forth, they said we could move to a third 'luxury' property which they would guarantee would be very clean. However, we could not view it in advance - only through pictures. We moved and it was worse than the first one. It was dirty, one pillow stank of sweat, the windows were unsafe (4th floor - no latch) etc. Overall, we saw three of the Open Mind Properties and they were all in poor conditions and not at all 'cosy' or premium as advertised. Communication from the host was abysmal and we never felt like they truly cared about our stay.

The kitchen- lounge room was large and bright. TV and appliances were good.

− Very small shower. 2 double beds crammed into the bedroom. Table in lounge was a bit wonky

Hat gut gepasst für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt. Aber mit mehr als drei Personen wird es sehr eng.

− Es ist sehr eng und es wurde bei der Einrichtung mehr auf Design anstatt auf Funktionalität und Qualität geachtet.

Location was amazing and didn't need to use the car for the duration of the stay. Lots of nice places to eat and drink within a couple of minutes walk and only 10 minutes to the beach and hovercraft to Isle of Wight. The owner was really helpful and we had the added bonus of free parking which I wasn't expecting.

− The sofa needs a deep clean but generally the apartment was clean.
