9.0This has to be one of my favorite houses in Akron. I wish I could buy it from them. That’s how much I love staying here if you ever rent it please let me know. I will rent it for a year love love love the area and the house.

− 1) The neighborhood was in a revitalization mode and not as nice as I envisioned. Especially considering the price and quality of the property. 2) The owner/manager a) did not respond to messages as quickly as they could have, b) sent way too many long AI auto-messages, and c) had way too many instructions about how to handle garbage, recycling, etc. I’m paying $240 a night. . .why are you bothering me with all this?
