9.0This condo is set up well for short term guests. Location is walking distance to the beach area and fast ride into town (which is small). Thought the condo itself was in pretty good shape, everything you need is there plus a wagon (which can come in handy)

− The only issue was the low water pressure in the shower.
It was reasonably priced and a nice getaway for the two of us for my birthday

− It was way too close to the highway into the train tracks, which kept me away at night

Advertised as 2 bdrm - 2nd "room" was basically a small closet/office area no door only a curtain
7.0Clean, condo supplied everything needed for cooking, towels, linens, kitchenware, etc. Wifi was very accessible from the email and the code given to access the condo was provided easily.
− Advertised as a 2 bdrm - false advertising. 2nd "room" was basically a small closet/office area with NO door on it. When sharing with coworkers you need privacy. Close proximity to our jobsite was a bonus.
