10.0The apartment was clean and conducive exactly as shown in pictures. What you don't see is that it's on high Street with all the shops and anything you need right at the corner. No need to walk far for food and other things. The hosts are wonderful people. They will help you with everything you need. .
− I would like to see a vacuum cleaner and mop added so that guests can mop after bathing but this does not spoil my experience in any way.

10.0Overall a very nice place, with a lot of space. Less than 10min Walking distance to the Horley train station that is going to Gatwick in under 5min, very practical for us since we had an early flight. You can be in the center of London in about 45-50min. And last but not least, the host was very quick to respond and super friendly, even organizing an early checking without charge for us so we can take our toddler to his nap right after our flight. I absolutly recommand!

− Out of my £250 deposit they said they were taking £200 out of it for extra cleaning which I agreed to. Still not recieved the £50 after almost 10 days
