1.0I didn't. When I arrived at 8pm, there was someone in the driveway. Turns out the place was already booked but I was not notified. Then the property manager canceled my reservation. My family and I didn't have a place to stay.
− The property manager's lack of communication regarding my reservation. And Booking.com took over a week to refund my money even though I did nothing wrong.

10.0The location of the house was perfect! We had plenty of room inside and the outdoor patio was awesome.
− There could have been more supplies such as sugar, a drip brew coffee pot and more toilet paper and cleaning supplies. We ended up purchasing those items and left the extras behind.

fantastic owners made the best of a bad situation
8.0Great little house right off the highway. Owners are fantastic about helping and responding right away. The house is well equipped and the kitchen fully stocked.
− The house smelled like cigarettes upon check in. The cleaning crew left several doors and windows unlocked. On the upside, the owners immediately went and got air fresheners and tried to help the situation. We would still stay here again but the cleaning crew needs better attention to detail.
