6.0The property is good and the environment is perfect for family stay also well secured.But the booking.com websites need to improve because the summary of payment is very bad they not state the exact amount neither they state the total amount and deposit but that is not i pay but i pay rm4++ only for roombecause the property collect deposit before check in yhe info not stated properly so worst their service on this part .

7.0The air conditioning is good and new. The bed, pillows, and blankets are all quite nice. The network TV is working, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The power outlets in this house are excellent; they are universal sockets, which are very convenient. There are three bathrooms, making it very convenient for more ppl to stay. smooth check in, host helpful and friendly. fast responsive
− The kitchen does not have a microwave. The only area that needs improvement in this house is the bathrooms. All three bathrooms look old and rusty. We were worried they might break or fall apart when using them. However, the master bedroom bathroom is in better condition compared to the others We arranged for the elderly to stay in the downstairs room, but the sink downstairs is rusty and wobbles when used. The downstairs bathroom also has a strong unpleasant odor. Additionally, the house across the back alley starts making loud machine noises as early as 3 AM, sounding like a factory in operation. This affected three rooms, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
