Location and the homely feel

− Locating the laundry facilities was a bit difficult. Putting a sign up would make it alot easier :-)

Location was great, the garden good & birdlife in the bush at the back was lovely .

Location was excellent & it was a dog friendly house. Outside shower good & laundry facilities also good

− There was only bathroom in the house, which was downstairs,with one bedroom there. The other 2 bedrooms were upstairs so you had to go down the steep stairs to go to the bathroom. There was no internet in the house so we could not access Youtube, or Netflix . The barbecue was not cleaned & we had to get our own supply of gas, which is compensated. The sofa in the back verandah looked grubby. We had no access to the garage

Good position

A nice house, good for a family vacation in summer

The A house was great, with almost everything that one needed for a beach holiday. We were there in winter time, so the lightly built walls were more a disadvantage- but thank God for the heater/ reverse cycle air conditioner- which worked very well. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom also worked well. Outside is a wonderful patio- roofed over against the sun, or rain., which we certainly made use of- even in the winter! An Aussie winter in South West Rocks is not cold for a European! :) We used the TV in the evenings, and cooked at home- very nice everything was there- we juts had to look through all the drawers to find the things. The beds were comfy and were all made up.

− The location is unfortunately on the main road between South West Rocks and Arakoon. In addition to this there were two construction sites, one across the road, and the other ( a main one) abut ten doors down was a major construction site- with the usual earth movers, bulldozers etc. So during the morning , and afternoon ( when we were mostly there) it could get a bit loud.
