4.0It was very large and enough room for our family. The area was very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and once we got the sauna going that was nice.
− So many things were broken. For the price we expected better. The oven didn’t shut properly and made excessive noise. A dining chair was broken and one son fell off. A second chair cut my other son’s foot and wasn’t safe. The logs for the fireplace were huge and couldn’t be lit. ( yes we know how to light a fire.) The code given wasn’t correct to enter. Once we got in there was a dirty mug at the entrance when we arrived. The remotes for the numerous games didn’t work so we couldn’t enjoy that. We left early due and headed back to Montreal to this and were promised we would at least be refunded for the one day but one week later still no refund.
