Horrible roach infested house

− The whole house is infested with roaches i have proof. I was making breakfast for my family and fighting roaches at the same time. The pool they said was ready was green not swimable. Had to go to walmart to buy 5 clorine tanks and clean the pool myself and out of my pocket. On check out day an hour before 11am which was my check out time, there was a cleaning lady outside who then asked my husband if she could come inside and start cleaning. Mind you i was in the shower and my daughter was getting ready since we still had an hour left to checkout. That got me so f pissed i swear. I have rented multible air bnb and verbo and others and never have i expirenced anything like this nor none of them have been infested with roaches like this house horrible. Main reason i rented this house was for the pool, when i asked they said pool was ready to use but not heated which is ok. But when i arrived the pool was beyond green and nasty. Just horrible. I have videos of the roaches just wont let me upload.
I would stay again!!
9.0when walking into the home, the ambiance was wonderful. they had light music playing on the TV. the house was clean and the beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows! the pool was nice with the ability to use supplied floaties, the back porch was nice to relax on. the neighborhood was nice, quite and I felt safe!
− just one complaint. which, I reached out to the owner and right away they contacted me, stating they would fix the issue.
