It took 2 days for the heady aromo of cigarette smoke and air freshener to disperse.

Would not recommend. Not sure what the funky smell through the downstairs flatette in number 5. Can’t be really classe
1.0Looked nice from the outside but hard to find street parking with construction site next door.
− We didnt end up staying. The smell in the apartment was bad. More of a musty mouldy smell. No sink in the kitchenette but advised to use the sink in the shared laundry facilities. Would not recommend this place currently

− No hot water in a small sink in the shower room. Also, there was no provision to wash the dishes, etc.

− Smelly, door to main room did no close or t lock. outside door had a hole so hand could reach & open it. Noise upstairs
We adapted, used our spare time walking the nearby beach.
6.0Location was great we were able to use the bus to get everywhere we wanted.
− We found out on arriving from Perth WA there was no Kitchen sink and were expected to use the community laundry tub. We bought a bucket to wash our dishes. We were there 21 days helping a sick family member. One set of sheets, 2 tiny towels and no clothes dryer….it was storm season…… we had to buy more towels and a floor mat. Sometimes the huge screen TV would turn off if someone else was using a device upstairs, or music would suddenly start playing.
