10.0Amazing place. Cozy, clean, full of details and close to beaches and downtown. The apartment is so beautiful that I definitely come back. There's a Publix two blockes away. Quite neighbourhood. It provides parking, Laundry and sun umbrella, chairs and also a cooler. Kitchen full of equipment, and coffee, tea are provided. If You have the oportunity, don't hesitate. Justo booked! ;)

10.0Location was absolutely amazing! So close to everything you need (shopping, supermarkets, beach, gas stations). It was very clean and spacious. Communication with staff was great.

It made us feel welcome, comfortable and wishing we could stay longer.
10.0The Coconut Places was a gem in our stay on the Sarasota area. Its location was unsurpassed together with great management communication and clean thoughtful amenities.
