lovely quiet spot for family holiday with plenty to do.
9.0location was lovely, parking was available and facilities excellent. Lovely large lounge. Very short walk to the coastal path with lovely views or into Port Isaac to explore.

5.0Location close to port Issac. Lovely walks close by. Upstairs was better decorated than downstairs.
− Beds were very soft and uncomfortable. Sofa not comfy also, not good to sit on only to lie on. Outdoor area could do with some furniture and some decorating. Also felt the property was damp. Mouldy walls curtains in the shower room. Also wasn’t clear where to park car. Had neighbours leave notes on cars even though we thought we were parked in right space
Fantastic family home for a great holiday in Cornwall
9.0Lovely holiday home. Very spacious, modern and clean. Parking for two cars. Good location for visiting the area, Polzeath beach only 15 minutes away. Loved the welcome pack of Milk, Proseco, chocolate and biscuits.
− Nothing we didn't like. Only one small issue was the rather steep hill down to Port Issac. We took the car the first day… bad idea!! Then walked it… horrendous idea 😉
Loved the property but a little too far (and difficult) from village.

− “Short stroll from village” was a 700 metre 25% gradient hill.
