Poor maintenance was a danger and traumatizing
2.0Check-in process with the Landing was terrible. The product is simply not ready for short term rental type of stay. It might work for a month long stay but stay away fro a week or weekend. It was clear the property hasn't been stayed in for awhile and maintenance was sub-par. - when the heat for the first time at 1am in the morning - the lint in the HVAC system caught on fire and triggered the fire alarm - it was LOUD. We have a 1 year old who is very traumatized from this. She now cannot sleep by herself since this incident. This is a safety issue but also just not very family friendly is it - The floor were very dusty and dirty, but rest of the apartment was pretty clean. - There was a guy screaming in the parking lot at 2am one day, but thats just apartment living i guess?

8.0Decent apartment…a bit on the small side. Fairly new and in good shape. Excellent communication of procedures to gain entry, amenities, checkout procedures etc. overall a positive experience.

10.0We absolutely loved our three night stay here, it was a fantastic deal, especially since we had a full kitchen, laundry in our room, and everything we needed. It was very clean, location felt very safe. We have no complaints about the facility itself. Our only complaint is that there was no communication as to what our responsibility was upon checkout. Also, upon arrival, the balcony door was unlocked and not shut securely. There was no info about if we were to take out the trash, wash the dishes, etc. It would've made the entire experience absolutely perfect if only we'd had this communication!
