4.0Tolle Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, gute Anbindung an Infrastruktur (Busse, Läden, Restaurants), grundsätzlich Ausstattung vorhanden, Schnitt und Größe der Wohnung, (kleiner, aber vorhandener) Fahrstuhl, Terrasse wie auf den Bildern, Erreichbarkeit, Bereitschaft und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter
− Inventar (Möbel, Technik) deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Sessel mit verblassten Überzügen, bis auf Sofa kein Sitzmöbel für bequeme Lage, 1 Bad mit muffeligem Geruch, Hängeschrank im Wohnzimmer ist während des Aufenthaltes "von der Wand gefallen" (samt Dübeln, ohne vorherige Benutzung), 3mal Stromausfall ( davon 1mal unmittelbar mit Bezug des 4. Appartments, 1mal durch defektes Gerät in der bewerteten Wohnung), Sauberkeit ausbaufähig Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis nicht gegeben aus Sicht erfahrener Ferienwohnungsmieter. Das ist schade, weil die Wohnung hohes Potenzial hat. Letztlich sind es behebbare Kritikpunkte und hoffentlich hilfreich bei der Bewirtschaftung der Ferienwohnung.
