Dishonest and misleading hosts.
3.0Location is fantastic. If you’re accessing the national park, it’s minutes from the entrance.
− The property’s exterior was unacceptable. There was trash in the driveway, two broken Adirondack chairs, broken lawn games left out, and left over construction materials. The driveway/yard may as well be a sandbox. Hot tub was not working and had sand inside of it. Upon bringing the hot tub issue to the hosts attention, I was told that they’d deal with it. Over the course of my three nights, the host and I messaged back and forth. Through it all, I was led to believe they would fix it. On the third and final day of my stay, I was informed that someone was coming over to fix the problem. Someone did in fact come over but they did not do anything to address the hot tub. They merely placed some of the aforementioned trash into the trash cans. I don’t do this often but I’m going to go ahead and say it - this company is dishonest, misleading, and will %100 give you the run around. Shameful performance and treatment of paying customers. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
