Unprofessional and negative experience

− I booked this property back in April for an August stay, expecting everything to go smoothly. Shockingly, the host contacted me just one day before my arrival to inform me that the room was no longer available. This was extremely unprofessional and left me in a very stressful situation, especially given the last-minute notice and the fact that I had planned my trip months in advance. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking here, as reliability and communication were severely lacking in my experience.

I recently stayed at this property and while the location was excellent, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

− First, the cleanliness was unacceptable. There were four leftover food items left in the refrigerator, and the stench was unbearable. It was clear that the fridge hadn’t been checked or cleaned before our arrival, which made settling in very uncomfortable. Second, the check-in process was frustrating. The host provided the wrong access code, and I had to call to get the correct one. After a long day of travel, this added unnecessary stress and confusion that could have easily been avoided with better communication. I chose this property based on good reviews and the promise of a smooth stay, but unfortunately, the lack of attention to basic cleanliness and a botched check-in process took away from what should have been a great experience.
