10.0The apartment was perfect for our two week stay. Very convenient location in the centre of civitanova, but quiet and calm. In particular, Alessio was extremely helpful and thoughtful. There was a problem with the washing machine the early on during our stay, and not only did he resolve the problem with a new machine within a day, but also took care to ensure that everything was clean and tidy once the work was done.

A Delightful Apartment
9.0The book theme was a delightful change and very entertaining. It gave the apartment a homey feeling. The hosts were excellent in all ways. 👏 Thank you very much! The location is very good: close the the center of the city and with easy access to beaches north and south. The lighting was good: both soft and moody or bright.
− The dishwasher was not working, and the clothes washer was loud and "walked" while spinning, so we took another load to a laundry rather than using the washing machine. The bedroom floor seemed gritty, though we never wore our shoes in the apartment.
