Great apartment, very big with everything you need. Very comfortable and clean. Great location, easy walk to everywhere. Helaine was super friendly, helpful and welcoming with plenty of recommendations for anything we could have wanted and always checking in to make sure we were happy.

I've been to Florida and Miami many times. I often read reviews from well-off travelers saying "I don't understand why it's so expensive here" — and now I understand them even better. I chose this particular place for specific reasons: I needed to be in this exact area to visit relatives, and parking was also important. Both worked out fine. The room, by the way, was genuinely spacious — a pleasant surprise. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need for cooking, and the bathroom is the same — nothing missing. Reasonably clean. The location, though, is not for everyone. The hotel sits right in the middle of dense high-rise construction, and for me, someone used to major world cities, it felt more oppressive than relaxing — like being in a concrete canyon rather than on vacation. Bottom line: if location, parking, and a large, fully equipped room matter to you — book with confidence. If you're after views and open air, you might want to look elsewhere.

− It's very noisy — everywhere, including the room, both day and night. The noise comes from the ventilation systems of the surrounding high-rises, and the hum is constant. Because of this, it's simply impossible to open the balcony door. Parking is another issue. It's located around the 11th floor, and the parking process itself takes an unreasonably long time.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the unit. Would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this place for a stay in Miami. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Brickell City Centre and surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafés. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. The apartment is in great condition, spotless, maintained and ñ cozy. The furnished balcony with the waterfront view is amazing and makes the entire experience even more special. It genuinely feels like a luxury home away from home. The host was exceptional, very attentive, responsive and genuinely kind throughout the stay. I will absolutely be coming back soon.

Spacious, incredibly well equipped apartment with parking, and super easy access to restaurants and the attractions of Miami. We stayed in the Mandarin oriental last trip and this was much better for about quarter of the price! Helaine is a fantastic host and assisted with great local recommendations for us and our two young kids. The views from the Balcony are awesome. We will definitely be coming back! Even managed to park a cybertruck in the parking space so it's quite large!

We stayed here for just over a month and absolutely loved it. The flat looked great on arrival and was clearly made with care. Everything was in perfect condition, and we felt comfortable right away. We really enjoyed our stay — it truly felt like home. Highly recommended!
