With a bit of vision and a bit of garden work this property could be made much more appealing.
5.0Location was good with off-road parking and newly decorated.
− Featureless and bare, plain walls with no pictures or decorations. Details were misleading. Advertised as two bathrooms, only one bathroom, second only containing a toilet. Advertised as having a garden view, but no actual garden, just a rough patch of weeds and builder’s rubble. Generally clean, but two of the waste bins had not been emptied from previous guests and there was hair in the shower.

10.0Accommodation was wonderful and unit was recently built comfortable, clean and quiet. Kitchen was well equipped with everything that you need. The location was excellent and easy drive to the CBD and only a few minutes walk to a small groups of shops that included a bakery, cafes and convenience store.
