9.0L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica, sulla spiaggia e vicino a tutti i servizi. Pulito e accogliente. Nonancava nulla.

8.0Posizione molto bella di fronte alla spiaggia con vista mare eccellente. L'appartamento è molto spaziosoe dotato di due camere e due bagni. Cucina ben accessoriata e terrazza molto bella. Sonia è un host eccellente sempre disponibile e pronta a venire incontro a qualsiasi richiesta.
− C'è stato un problema di rottura del boiler del bagno avvenuto sfortunatamente di sera tardi e prontamente fatto sostituire da Sonia il giorno seguente. Inoltre si è rotta la lavatrice ma anche qui Sonia ci ha dato prontamente la possibilità di lavare la nostra roba da lei. Quindi tutto ok.

9.0Es handelt sich um eine sehr geräumige aber schon ältere Wohnung. Es ist alles sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist natürlich ganz toll und man sitzt dort auch schön windgeschützt. WLAN hat gut funktioniert und Sonia war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und sehr nett.

4.0Der Ausblick auf diese wenig besuchte Bucht ist toll! Matratze war auch schön hart! Hat auch alles funktioniert
− Aber dann geht es los. Es stinkt muffig, nein, nicht nur aus der uralten Waschmaschine. Man macht eine Schublade auf, mmh, es ist alles alt und abgestanden! Alles! Die Fischernetze über dem Bett, soll Deko sein!, stinken und sind verstaubt. Es lagern überall Dinge die mindestens 30 Jahre alt sind. Was machen die in einem Appartement das zur Vermietung ist! Das Sofa ist durchgesessen. Die Aircondition habe ich vorsichtshalber garnicht erst angemacht. Auf der Matratze ist ein Plastiküberzug und man schwitzt wie in der Sauna. Eine einzige Katastrophe! Ach ja, vor dem Fenster des Badezimmers habe sich Tauben eingerichtet, Weiß nicht, wie die italienischen Gäste so eine Beurteilung angeben können. Und dann durfte ich zum Schluss auch noch eine Reinigungsgebühr(!),hahaha, in Höhe einer Übernachtung blechen. Danke.
