3.0The supervisor Mr. Ayman and Mr. Ahmad were very supportive and friendly.
− I am writing to report unacceptable service from the night shift team on Thursday night (after midnight). It took two hours to receive water delivered to our room, and to make matters worse, staff hung up on my daughter while she was speaking. This level of service and disrespect is completely unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be addressed immediately. .

9.0The receptionist is so welcoming and respectful. The room is spacious and clean. The beach view is gorgeous.
− WiFi signal was a bit weak in the room. Also, there is a daily pool party in the evening so you may experience some noise until 11 pm if your room has a pool view.
This resort is honestly a 10/10 and i couldnt recommend it more! What made our stay even better was Shaimaa Sherine
10.0The location of this resort is amazing. You can walk to so many fast food places, and there is also a grocery store you can walk to. The property is very well kept and clean, and there is also a bunch of restaurants in the walkway of the resort. There are many pools and a private pool for VIP guests. The main beach was clean and the private beach was so calm and also clean.

10.0Things have changed drastically. The private pool and beach facilities were amazing giving us the opportunity to enjoy our time in the water without feeling overcrowded by others. The hospitality was incredible with everyone trying to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. A very special thanks to Ms. Eman from guest relations for constantly following up and doing everything in her power to make the stay more than exceptional; Seif Ashraf at Reva beach for his exquisite hospitality and welcoming smile; and of course Mr. Karim at the reception desk who made everything a breeze during check in and check out while taking care of any of anything we requested immediately during our stay. Honestly, even though I had stopped going to the hotel for years, they made it a sure choice for our future vacations. Thank you 🌹
