7.0Emplacement près de la plage, de la ville et des transports. Appartement bien équipé.
− Immeuble en travaux non signalés avec un échafaudage devant les fenêtres. Beaucoup de sdf, pendant deux jours une personne a dormi sous la fenêtre de notre chambre. C'est quand même particulier...

10.0Jól felszerelt apartman, konyhával, nappalival, három különálló szobával! Saját központi klímával, ami nyáron nagyon hasznos. Külön köszönet az összeállított ajánló/tájékoztató mappáért, sok mindenkinek segíthet. Mindennel maximálisan elégedettek voltunk. Tényleg pár méter csak egy sétáló utca tele éttermekkel, boltokkal, pékséggel, kávézóval. A tengerpart is csak pár perc séta, remek helyen van az biztos.

9.0The kitchen was well equipped - the Poblenou area is really nice and great to be near the beach for after sightseeing once can still have a swim or watch the sunset.

8.0Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche alles was man braucht: Kaffeemaschine incl. Kapseln, Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln, Toaster, Wasserkocher… Gute Lage: Strandnähe, Bus Haltestelle und Supermarkt sehr nah!
− Die Wohnung ist von der Lage gut und ruhig gelegen, kein Verkehrslärm, trotzdem hellhörig zu den anderen Wohnungen. Obwohl es ein ruhiges Haus ist.
