10.0Very, very clean, and comfortable in an open and well decorated space. Master bedroom is oversized with plenty of storage. Kitchen was well equipped. The patio (though not large) off the second bedroom had a nice view of Flagler Ave, and the entry area had a comfortable seating space on the shared deck. The vendors in the Colony are fabulous - be sure to have breakfast and/or lunch at Patio Cafe.

10.0The location was perfect. Very spacious and clean. I loved sitting on the balcony listening to the live music across the street. Plus we were surprised with a fashion show from the back deck.
