− This property was fraudulently listed as available, allowing you to book only for them to announce it was unavailable at the last minute. This left me unable to find any alternative solution during the Quốc Khánh holiday. I hope Booking.com investigates this soon; meanwhile, I'll let karma handle the rest.

7.0Постельное белье и полотенца были чистые, был минимальный набор посуды, красивый вид на море. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате, работали хорошо. Напор воды хороший.
− В первую очередь не понравилось то, что мы бронировали квартиру другой планировки. Мы хотели жить в квартире, где в каждой спальне есть окно, и двери спален выходят не в гостиную, а в коридор. Нам было это крайне важно. Бронировала я очень заранее и сразу уточнила у хозяина, в каждой ли спальне окно. Получила утвердительный ответ. По факту при заселении оказалось все не так. Была одна спальня с окном, одна без окна, обе двери выходили в гостиную. Квартира оказалось меньшей площади. Других вариантов хозяин предложить не мог. Только отмену бронирования. Это очень плохо. Зачем вводить людей в заблуждение? Что еще не понравилось. Был очень пыльный пол. Я хотела сама его помыть, но не нашла тряпку. Посуды можно было бы и побольше. Было 2 чашки, 2 плоских тарелки, 2 глубоких тарелки, а также кофейные чашки и маленькие тарелки. Но квартира-то с двумя спальнями плюс гостиная, может спокойно вместить 4 человека. Карточки-ключа было только 2. Причем электричество работало от карточки. Также еще одним недостатком было то, что одна кровать очень скрипело. Ну и вишенка на торте. Мы жили 4 дня. За это время убили 2 таракана.

8.0− đợi thang máy quá lâu. trong nhà không có sẵn nước giặt đồ, bởi vì mình thuê căn hộ để có thể cung cấp máy giặt, nếu có máy giặt tại sao ko trang bị cho khách nước giặt đồ luôn. Mặc dù mình có thể đi mua, nhưng mua bịch lớn cũng lãng phí á.
