6.0The hosts were fantastic with Lou and Drew checking on things to make sure all was good, assisting with getting to walk locations and advising on any issues.
− the third bedroom was not really a bedroom. Hence the description was a bit misleading. Some items from the owner did not work which was frustrating.

Disappointing Communication from Management
1.0− This review is not about the property itself but about the owner/manager, who showed absolutely no interest in assisting me after I had an accident on the way and ended up in the emergency room instead of Perisher. I politely apologised, explained the situation, and requested a refund for my booking. I received no response to my messages or the cancellation request. The following day, my calls were left unanswered. Before my accident, communication was normal, but once I asked for a cancellation, I was simply ignored. The entire experience was extremely disappointing.

9.0Great location, really friendly acting managers, easy access
− A few minor defects with apartment which were reported to hosts/ managers including stuck sliding door onto balcony, rattling bathroom exhaust fan in bathroom during winds, draught from microwave cabinet. Could not read stovetop displays.

During winter, a minimum two-night stay applies in June and September, while a minimum three-night stay applies in July and August. From June to September, arrivals are only available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, with departures available on all days except Tuesdays.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
