6.0Il s'agit d'un des studios à l'intérieur d'une propriété très bien aménagée, avec un beau jardin. L'endroit est calme et la personne en charge réactive et à disposition. Les équipements sont assez complets.
− Espace très difficile à chauffer l'hiver malgré l'air conditionné. De façon générale dans les annonces booking, il y a de temps en temps des "fais supplémentaires qui peuvent s'appliquer", or on ne connait la nature de ces frais qu'après avoir réservé, et donc sans pouvoir annuler sans pénalité si ces frais s'avèrent abusifs ou ne nous conviennent pas. Dans cet établissement il a fallut payer l'électricité en plus! En terme de valeur, c'est assez anecdotique mais je trouve la méthode désagréable. Il aurait suffit d'augmenter de 5$ la nuit et tout le monde était content. Ce n'est pas le cas ici mais il y a des établissement qui demandent un supplément pour les draps ou les serviettes, je pense que personne ne voyage avec ses propres draps et que ce sont donc des frais obligatoires déguisés. Booking devrait interdire ce genre de pratique.
