− Not didn't like its just 3 flights of stairs found our old legs tiring

8.0Perfect location, close to beach and for me close to the office in frenchs forest. Loved the views from the upstairs living area. I felt like I was staying in a tree house 😍
− The parking space wasn't always available, but street parking wasn't a problem. Hot water in the upstairs bathroom shower was a little touch and go.
