Fine apartment but quite a lot of small issues.

The location of the apartment was great. 10 minute walk from a supermarket and under 10 minutes to the centre. I would only recommend to stay for a few nights maximum.

− Stated toiletries and toilet roll etc was supplied but I was staying for 17 nights and only 1 roll was provided and one small individual shampoo and conditioner. Additionally no kettle which was stated to be provided and I asked about this twice and the host said it should be there but made no effort to provide me with one. The host was very unhelpful and quite rude in the messages (this may have been a language barrier though), seemed to not know anything about the apartment. A lot of the instructions were pictures which were unclear - such as entering the apartment for the first time (I was stuck outside for 45 minutes at night time feeling very unsafe with the host being little to no help). Additionally, cooking facilities were supplied, but if you tried to use more than one at the same time, e.g hob and microwave or oven, or 2 rings on the hob, the power for the full apartment went out, including the wifi, and as there is little service in the apartment and the building "key" is on your phone - it was very difficult and stressful to resolve.

Large but expensive and poorly located apartment

- Large apartment - Very clean - Dishwasher machine

− - Bad location, supermarkets and shops are far away - I thought the price was too high for such a small town with no tourist attractions, almost the same price as an apartment in a big city. - The Wi-Fi connection was weak and the mobile internet signal didn't work. - The heaters are controlled remotely. They turned off at night and I was very cold. I complained about this, they sent a guy to take a look, he was 2 hours late and said the air conditioning was not working. - The shower water got cold after about 15 minutes, I had to rinse my hair with cold water - The neighbor next door was hammering every night around 7 pm, you could hear everything from the bedroom. - And the neighbor upstairs is very noisy, they flush the toilet all the time at night and you could hear everything, the loud footsteps even at 2 or 3 am. Unbearable. - The window in the living room was broken - And on the last night, the apartment's electricity went out, I was completely in the dark, there was no generator. I had to pick my bags in the dark and i traveled with my phone without battery. I warned but I didn't get any assistance.

− Some more attention to supplies: paper towels in the kitchen, shampoo / shower gel in the bathroom. Everything else was superlative: internet speed, location, opening / securing doors from the app.
