10.0The apartment was beautiful. It is right on the inside of the walled town and the secure parking spot is a few steps from the door. The apartment was very roomy and equipped with what we needed. Beds were comfy. We traveled to 5 countries and 11 cities over 30 days and this was the very best place we stayed in. The terrace, overlooking the town is so nice. We loved our stay. The house was spotless. They took great care in making us feel at home. So easy to walk around lovely San Gimignano from there.
Fantastic place to stay
9.0The apartment is perfectly located , huge and has a lot of charm. The view from the terrasse is smashing. We'd return anytime, despite some shortcomings (see below)
− Reaching the place can be stressful as it is inside a limited traffic zone (ZTL) and there are 3 possible entries in the ZTL in San Gimignano, but the host can only allow you in one of those. They should indicate the one you're allowed to use more clearly (for info: the one across the Bar Pasticceria Il Criollo) this would avoid a lot of stress. The water pressure is very low to say the least. This great apartment has 2 bathrooms, but it is not possible to use them at the same time. Again, the pluses largely overcome the minuses, so we'd come back anytime, but it would be great if they could fix this.

10.0Beautiful large traditional Tuscan apartment set within an easy stroll to the heart of the Old Town, ideal for 2 couples. Very comfortable. Very easy access with car. Host met us on arrival and was helpful during our stay.
