6.0El alojamiento es cómodo, seguro y cuenta con una excelente ubicación
− Nuestra experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas, especialmente considerando el alto costo de la tarifa y el cargo por limpieza. Al llegar, nos encontramos con un lugar en condiciones higiénicas deficientes: tuvimos que limpiar nosotros mismos antes de instalarnos. Había una cantidad considerable de polvo y encontramos insectos muertos, lo que denota una falta de mantenimiento y limpieza profunda desde hace mucho tiempo. Tuvimos problemas constantes con el servicio de internet; aunque enviaron a alguien a repararlo, la conexión seguía siendo inestable. Esto hizo que el lugar fuera imposible de utilizar para trabajar, como era nuestra intención original. Otro punto de mejora es el suministro de insumos: para un grupo de 6 adultos durante 4 días, solo nos dejaron 6 rollos de papel higiénico, lo cual nos parece insuficiente para una ocupación completa. A pesar de haber reportado todas estas incidencias a los encargados y de que incluso el técnico que reparó el internet pudo constatar el estado de suciedad del lugar, la administración se negó a realizar cualquier tipo de reintegro o compensación. En conclusión, el lugar podría ser aceptable para una estancia de paso muy corta, pero definitivamente no lo recomiendo para viajes de trabajo ni para estancias donde se espera un servicio profesional acorde al precio pagado.

− We would have liked to have 6 chairs for all of us to sit on the balcony for coffee in the morning. And extra blanket for the couch or the bedroom would have been nice.

10.0The apartment is fully equipped, nicely decorated, you see birds , squirrels and iguanas from the balcony. Pool was super nice and the pool bar has great margaritas

Refunds are determined by cancellation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancellation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
