A property with potential

Spacious. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure and hot water. Friendly cows from next door who paid a visit. Fire pit.

− There were a number of issues that we have raised directly with the property manager. This includes the ducted air system not working properly, all outdoor furniture being dirty or soiled by bird droppings and dishes being put away dirty.

Beautiful house & location but disappointing service from Weekenda

Beautiful house, comfortable beds, lots of living space, good kitchen, great location

− Lack of service. Wrong wifi password, ensuite bin had smelly incontinence pad, ran out of toilet paper & bin liners after 4 days. ( we had booked for 8 people for 11 nights). Only 1 spare blanket for 6 beds and when aircon died we froze. After 3 very cold nights , portable heaters supplied but we had to assemble them ourselves, no tool supplied, improvised with nail file and tweezers to do up the screws. Kitchen nice but only 1 very big blunt kitchen knife. We did get a voucher for $200 value to compensate for the cold nights. Mixed messaging from Weekenda and the property owners. Weekenda repeatedly said you can be evicted if you have any guests. Owners said we could have friends over for a meal.

It was a lovely property and clean. The surroundings just magical.

− The internet / Wifi connection wasn't very good and no ability to reset the connection. Blinds in 2 bedrooms unable to open, not working

− Security cameras pointing at fire pit. Understandable at front door. But felt invasion of privacy pointing at fire pit.
