Primero que nada lo agradable y servicial que es su propietaria, cualquier duda en el momento que fuera nos daba solución👏🏼. Las instalaciones del apartamento son increíbles,la terraza es espectacular,su amplitud y que tuviera todo lo necesario,para pasar estos días. El mejor en el que he estado,sin ninguna duda. Gracias por el atendimiento,volveremos sin ninguna duda.

Location was great and the apartment is situated in a very nice complex. It was very quiet and was lovely and clean. The apartment itself was very nice, lovely decor.

− It would have been nice to have a welcome pack with instructions how to connect to WiFi, TV etc. I also noticed a filter tap under the sink but nothing to let us know that it was filtered drinking water. It was really lovely decorated, but the lighting in the bedroom was terrible, quite difficult when getting ready. It would also benefit from a dining table inside, and the wooden decking outside needs attention. A couple of little tweaks and some TLC could take this from a great holiday apartment to an excellent choice!

+++ very good communication with Zurelis & her partner, they are incredibly nice people, friendly, very good professionals (they were representatives of a real estate company) ++ location of the apartment is super nice and the terrace was amazing. We took almost all of our meals outside ++ quiet area and safe + final cleaning was included in the price, but while we stayed there I cleaned more than I do it in my own house😅 - there was a mop, bucket and a broom, we bought some cleaning solution (we stayed there for 16days) + the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook - we cooked almost every day/ of course we also bought some stuff, but there were cutlery, plates, pots, pans (which needed to be replaced because they were super used) + The apartment is nice, but it needs some renovations + very good wifi

− - in the shower was some black mold and the cabin was dirty - The mirror in the bedroom was not attached to the wall and it was about to fall on my little child (my husband attached it afterwards) - I am not sure if the sink drain or the water pipes/water smelled, but the smell was very bad when we washed our faces/ brushed our teeth in the sink - There were very small ants everywhere - livingroom, bathroom, in the closet - The extra bed sheets and the towels had a bad smell, like when the clothes are not getting properly dried so we took all of them and we washed them - There is no dishwasher - The bed in the bedroom is small - max 160/200 - one of the doors to the terrace (bedroom) does not lock
