8.0Door access system was very good. Whole apartment was just right for 2 blokes working out-of-town.

− Fence in garden fallen down and rubbish all over outside attracting rats. Bedroom window doesn’t close so cold, drafty and unsafe. No mugs? No hot water until we faffed with the boiler to fix. Stains on sofa/generally unkept facilities. Uncomfortable beds. No heating in big bedroom. No blind in bathroom.
