− Le ménage était approximatif. Beaucoup de poussière. Salle de bain pas très propre. Les finitions de manière générale ne sont pas top( les joints de la salle de bain, des meubles qui ne tiennent qu’à moitié…)

10.0The house was modern, well equipped and comfortable. The free parking was excellent after having found trouble parking in Leamington town centre alternatives. It was great that it had 2 bedrooms, because as a couple used to superking beds, we used both bedrooms.
− We found that the water pressure was a bit low, but when I mentioned this, it was suggested that the excessive house building in Leamington and Warwick has reduced the available mains pressure.

10.0The carpet was like walking on a sheep, so comfy underfoot, the house felt warm and cosy, all the facilities you could need and great location
− The garden need some TLC, loose boards under the grass and uneven floorboards
