6.0Beautifully laid out and comfortable.
− Heat pump and washing machine leak and water pump is loud (and smelly) day and night.
Very thankful to have stayed at such a clean, beautiful space. The house felt homely with great beds
9.0Loved the view and the local town. Peaceful location and beachwalk was lovely in the sun! Rainwater is a plus, thank you.
− A little concerned with the pump going on and off through the night…guess this is to keep rainwater pressure up? Mozzie kept hassling first night but thank you for the spray!

− Of a night time there was a not very nice smell when you went out on the back deck

9.0Great views, comfortable, clean, bath, fire, decor, warm & pet friendly.
− Could do with a new outdoor setting, worn and some damaged chair backs. Would be great if at least part of the yard was fully fenced for pets.
