9.0Daniel was exceptionally responsive when we had a couple minor issues at the property. He immediately returned my texts, even on a Friday night!
− The hot tub was cool and the water level was low upon arrival so we did not use it. The toaster oven did not work. The two twin beds are actually upstairs not downstairs as indicated. The disposal did not work but was fixed immediately. There were no screens in the windows or doors so we could not get any cross ventilation in the house. BBQ grill was not clean. There were several lights out in the basement / game room area. I would recommend doing some select pruning of the trees in the back to open the fantastic view of the valley.

9.0Loved the space.. kids enjoyed table tennis, foosball and the media room. Enough seating for the entire group. Loved the hot tub after a day of hard skiing. The host was very helpful in answering questions and accommodating us. Appreciate the hassle free time. Will surely come back.

10.0Quiet. Cozy. Spacious. Clean. Amenities were fantastic. Nice little theater room and some games for the kids.
− Thermostats were a little tricky and didn’t seem to stay at the desired temp throughout the night.
