I was never at this property as the host rang me on day of arrival to explain the property was not avaliable. After traveling 4 and half hour to london. Then he was offering me a shitting place as replacement. I declined it. On this day j realised how useless bookings.com are. Because they couldn't do much about it as this made me spent over £700 on different property i didn't plan for at hilton.

− The host ringing me on same day telling the property wasn't available. Knowing my trilogy was preplanned.

− I had a bad experience with this owner, I do not recommend it. Before we arrived he called me that he had a problem with the hot water and sent us to another accommodation, a 4-room apartment. When we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell in that apartment, the bedding was dirty (I found hair on the sheet), the walls were very dirty and cracked, I waited for him for 2 hours to come and turn on the heat (I called him several times and he kept telling me that he would arrive in 15 minutes or he did not answer at all). When he arrived I told him everything, and he said that he would bring new sheets to change them in about an hour. I waited for him but of course he did not come and did not answer the message
