Made our stay in Como miserable, we came all the way from Minnesota.
1.0The interior was updated and modern
− For starters they make you find a small key box underneath bushes within inches of being hit by traffic. finding that took over an hour and a half. Good luck getting into the parking stall and ramp it’s so narrow. The window screen broke twice why we were there and we couldn’t access the patio. The glass shower doors fell down and hit me in the head when I was taking a shower. They’re only response with sorry. AWFUL
Good but could have been much improved with some comforts supplied.
7.0Clean spacious quiet
− Few coffee pods 6 for 3 nights no tea, cold as temp changed to summer despite really cold nights. Mgmt did bring in 2 heaters much appreviated. Its a good 1 km up a steep hill so be fit and prepared. We also had to request laundry access.

9.0L'appartement a été décoré avec beaucoup de goût Disposer à la fois d'une salle de bain + d'une salle d'eau était un plus. Le logement était parfaitement propre. La vue était agréable.
− L'accès au parking en voiture compliqué et trop étroit.

10.0Bellissimo appartamento nuovo e molto grande. Dotato di terrazza con divanetto con vista sul lago. In un complesso residenziale di lusso, questo appartamento è stato una piacevole scoperta. Cucina di design, equipaggiata di tutto e con cialde di caffè incluse. Il letto era supercomodo. I bagni ampi e bellissimi. Tutto nell'arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli. Parcheggio interno gratuito.
− Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, che non c'è, direi che è la distanza dal centro. L'appartamento si trova in collina ed è aggiungibile solo in auto o con i mezzi pubblici.
